Kaylin + Eric Engagement Session | Cedar River Trail

Kaylin and Eric chose to have their engagement session at the Cedar River Trail in Maple Valley. It is always nice to shoot at a place that means something to our couples. Kaylin and Eric used to frequent this trail as they got to know each other in the beginning of their relationship.  Cindy and I have  also  always wanted to photograph there. We’ve biked/walked on the trail before and knew of it’s potential.

They brought their dog Gwen along. We were excited because we’ve always wanted to shoot an engagement session with a dog.

We had a great time, they showed us some very cool hidden places along the trail that aren’t known by the general public.  We walked pretty far considering Cindy was still recovering from her pregnancy, but it didn’t seem far or bad because of our company.  Kaylin and Eric were easy to talk to and easy to photograph. Gwen was also such a good sport, she really looked like she was having a great time. I’m sure she slept well after the session. I know we did!
