Living in Seattle we are use to photographing in the rain, but I don’t think we’ve ever shot in this type of rain. It was out right pouring on Janis and John’s wedding day. Good thing their wedding was indoor in the nice St. James Cathedral, however for their portrait session we drove around Seattle in the party bus and stopped at a couple of places. No one seemed to mind the rain, even the bride herself, so it was a good experience and we ended up with a lot of fun photos.
Janis and John are both Navy pilots currently station in Virginia. We corresponded with Janis and John a few times through email and finally met them on their wedding day. We love how they incorporated a lot of the Navy theme into their wedding as you can see in the photos. Congrats Janis and John!
