Susan hosted Devon’s 1st birthday at Novilhos Brazilian Steakhouse in Bellevue. Devon is the easiest 1 year old I’ve had to photograph to date. He smiled a lot, never cried, and was always pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience photographing him and his family. One of the fun moments was during the Doljabi, when Devon had to choose between the different items laid out for him on the table. In his case, there was a Golf Ball, a $100 bill, Stethoscope, a rope, and a book. He didn’t need any coaxing to go towards the table to pick an item. He homed in on the item he wanted and quickly crawled his way towards his target. He didn’t hesitate and chose the golf ball. Fun times!
