We’ve been neglecting our 2nd child (Our blog) for sometime. I remember the days before we had Colin, our son, we used to blog at least once a week. For now our son has won the battle of time =). However we have so much catching up to do, and sharing, we’ll try not to ignore our 2nd child much longer.
Engagements, weddings, baby photos, family photos, even business photos has kept us extremely busy. Busier than our past years, though our blogging would indicate otherwise. It takes a lot of time to blog, especially since Cindy and I aren’t the greatest writers =p. Also, since we have a little now big bundle of energy that keeps us on our toes!
Enough about us. This couple’s wedding was at one of our favorite venues, The Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo. Why? Because it overlooks the water and has an awesome view. It also has a nice NW modern vibe to it’s architecture. Being a Community Center it’s also highly customizable and prices to reserve it are not astronomical. However, there is a catch to all this goodness. You have to show up way in advance and win a lottery against other couples to reserve the date!
Michelle and Jayson were one of the lucky ones. We were also lucky to photograph these two. They were full of fun and energy. There wasn’t a dull moment! There were so many memorable moments. Their first look, the bridal party gifts, the lighthouse, just a few of the many things that were pretty unique. We also got to see a couple, Kristel + Troy in the bridal party who’s wedding we photographed the year before! We thought it was them, but wasn’t 100% sure until we heard one of their names called out. It was a funny and happy moment.
Thanks again Michelle and Jayson for the good times!
